LONDON—In an effort to court wealthy Russian art collectors, Phillips de Pury & Co. has announced it will take 11 artworks from its late-February London sales of contemporary and Russian art on a three-day trip to Moscow, reports Bloomberg.

The works, including pieces by Andy Warhol, Jeff Koons, Takashi Murakami, and Russian artists Ilya Kabakov and Simon Faibisovich, will be on view February 10 to 12 at Moscow's Regina Gallery. The auctions are scheduled for February 28 and estimated to bring in up to $69.9 million total.

This is the first time that Phillips is taking works to Russia, testing out a strategy competitors Christie's and Sotheby's have used so for several seasons. "The goal of our program is to introduce Russian collectors to the best works by the best Western artists,'' said Regina owner Vladimir Ovcharenko.
