"Interdisciplinary" best describes what I am artistically, i.e. painter and musician.  Viewers of works on canvas often express a desire for information about the genesis of a work and interpretation of its elements or meaning.  If the piece doesn't make you palpate, make you laugh, make you dance, make you empathize--if it is short of passion, keep walking!

I work in mixed media, acrylic paint, sand, vermiculite, pen and ink, cloth, oil paint, and the kitchen sink.  I use an opaque projector on some pieces for speed and accuracy.  The subject matter ranges from city building to sandy beacher, to wild animals.
