In my paintings I am searching for a universal vocabulary of the gesture, dynamically frozen on the canvas.Color and music are my most prized allies in this quest since their pure vibrational qualities have the power to create stillness and movement simultaneously.
My hands hear music as they paint, dancing shapes, singing colors and live rhythms unfold. A symphony of all things I see, the images of all harmonies I hear.
