QUEST for the CONGRUENT features artists who explore the metaphysical through their individual styles of expression, an astounding range of painterly effects including both brash, exciting palettes and soothing, nurturing environments. In her stunning series of self-made paper works, Contemporary Master BOBBI ADAMS resplendently portrays the lush beauty and utilitarian aspects of Mother earth as she brilliantly constructs her own marvelous paint and paper from the organic greens and plants of her back yard. Employing materials such as paper, plastic, metal, fabric and threads, ANN HAESSEL creates thought-provoking art that is both traditional and innovative in technique, as she creates work which consists of several layers, representing the complexity of life and illustrating how changes are inevitable in every aspect of existence. Revering the time-honored still-life tradition, NATALIA VETROVA captures the eternal quality and serene beauty of her studies with rich, arresting colors, diffused in golden light as her paintings demonstrate an elegant harmony between our daily, conventional objects and the universe.
