Harriet Wiseman

New works by Philadelphia painter Harriet Wiseman, selected by the artist, on wood palettes and antique ledger covers.  Wiseman incorporates the decorative patterning of aged leather ledger covers into paintings that emerge from her subconscious, through ruminations on the design and history of her material, her personal history, and the history of women.
