Liquid Muse: Paintings inspired by the St. Johns River

This visual commentary on the St. Johns River by a wide range of artists has made an interesting and above all educational presentation. The exhibit is based on the book titled "Florida's First River: A visual history of the St. Johns" by Bill Belleville, Gary Monroe and Mallory McCane O'Connor. A variety of mediums fill this exhibition with an abundance of ascetics. With interactive CDs and a wide range of appeal this exhibition is one of the most ambitious projects taken on by the Museum of Florida Art. Liquid Muse is the culmination of several years of planning and this will be one of last venues to showcase this important exhibition.
