SOMA NewArt Gallery opened in Historic Carpenters Square Mall, Cape May, NJ in June 2007. SOMA NewArt GALLERY features emerging artists from the Tri-State area of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York. The Gallery is dedicated to promoting exciting regional talent as well as showcasing mid-career artists. SOMA Gallery provides a quality exhibition space with two exhibition galleries; the range of work exhibited includes paintings, photography, works on paper, video installations and sculpture.

LOCATION
SOMA Gallery is located in Carpenters Square Mall at 31 Perry Street, in the historic City of Cape May, NJ. The Mall is south of the Washington Street Mall, in the old industrial newspaper printing-press building.
Cape May is 2-½ hrs. South of NYC; 1 ½ hrs. East of Philadelphia; ½ hr. South of Atlantic City; and 2 hrs. from Washington, DC.
