The Ocean City Arts Center is pleased to welcome painter and cartoonist Richard Samuelson to exhibit in our Gallery during the month of July. Richard is a Cape May artist who’s most recent paintings are not intended to be seen as abstract, but rather be “intended to speak not only of the often arbitrary rhythms of everyday life, but also of the persistence of our stubborn higher aspirations.” A “Meet the Artist Reception” will be held on Friday, July 10 from 6-8:30pm. Light refreshments will be served the event is open to the public.
