(American)
I use the human form to portray social or political statements about the indignities humankind inflicts upon itself. I detest prejudice of any type, and often use the theme of prejudice, hoping that my work will have the impact of forcing society to "stop and think" before acting...

My HOLOCAUST SERIES is a socio-political statement about how hate and prejudice can lead to violent destruction of people. Each painting is titled for an anonymous positive contributor to society. The inspiration for this series came from the racial conflict happening in today's society in my adopted state of Iowa.
