Faye Earnest — Biography
|
Faye has been painting large canvases for twenty-five years. The art work can be seen in galleries throughout the United States and recently shown in Europe. With three degrees, Faye attended the University of Alabama, university of Southern Mississippi and University of South Alabama. She continues to explore bold, exotic life subjects with acrylic an mixed media. The last series Transitions is a tribute to the Egyptian culture with papyrus, hand made paper, and metallic paints. Currently working on abstract landscapes Terra. she creates textural surfaces resembling the colorful contours and overlapping layers of the earth's surface. |
