The Edge! International All Media Exhibition
October 17, 2008—November 7, 2008
The Edge! which opens October 17, 2008 at The Armory Art Center is be a
fabulous edgy show of works of art from both national and international
artists. Ann Fay Rushforth, program director, put out a call for entry
and received entries from 139 artists from around the world with
entries in painting, ceramics, sculpture, fibers, installations and
mixed media. Many of the artists submitted several pieces adding up to
over 700 works of art which were then juried and selected to be in the
exhibit by Bonnie Clearwater, Executive Director of MOCA, North Miami.
International entries came from Chile, Italy, Germany, Poland and
Bangladesh. National entries came from coast to coast.
