New at the Noyes: The Herbert Pullinger Collection

A major gift of watercolor paintings of early 20th century painter and Philadelphia artist Herbert Pullinger will be presented in this exhibition.  Flawless perspective and compelling detail of architectural landmarks, and the shipyards of Cape May become portraits of lost memories. Pullinger’s pictorial stories create a familiar view of nostalgic scenes with an intimate understanding of place and time.
