Summer Straights

Summer Straights, a group show featuring Ralph Mindicino combines the chilling austerity of De Chirico with a cacophony of motion.  His paintings are landscapes of sterile chaos and his figures loom large and seem both lonely and furtive.  In deep contrast to the paintings, the mosaics done by Mr. Midicino reveal a mystical alchemy that is almost foreboding.
