Insula

There is a new beacon of light on Bruckner Boulevard in the Bronx’s Mott Haven area.  It is multi-media artist Darcy Dahl’s installation piece, Insula, featured in The Bronx Museum’s Project Space that has illuminated the gallery with glowing color.  Insula takes drawings, paintings and projections, and transforms the space into a surreal world where the viewer’s perceptions are constantly questioned.
