This exhibition of Japanese master Yayoi Kusama
(Matsumoto, 1929) will show a precise combination or 'confrontation' of early installations, films and sculptures from the 60s and 70s, with a group of more recent works. Recent developments in contemporary art put a new light on the importance and historical relevance of Yayoi Kusama's work. Working in a highly personal language and many different techniques, Kusama shows a lifetime interest in visual perception and sensory experiences.
