A throw back to the sensibilities of 18th century France, Salon is a platform for the artist looking for an aperture to display their ideas and creations to like-minded contemporaries. This setting is ideal for half thoughts, maybes, and hopefuls as well as the voyeur, accomplished, skilled, and antiquated. Anything is possible- sound, performance, video, dance, sculpture, readings. Whatever it is you have created, we want a glimpse.

Salon is:

*A Place to see, discuss, and present ideas or just have tea/wine and mingle.
*Every third Thursday 8pm-10pm (beginning Feb 2008) Doors open at 7:30pm
*$3 at the door for artists and audience alike
*limited time slots to 10 minutes per artist

Salon promises to be an effortlessly unique and thrilling experience for both audiences and performers every time.

ROOMS Productions is the husband/wife team Todd Frugia and Marrakesh as well as fellow OU alum Rebecca Pyles and our newest member Stephanie Schnorbus. ROOMS is dedicated to exploring and strengthening the relationship between artist and audience by experimenting with the creative process and expanding the vocabulary of language and experience through live performance.
