hereye yearhe is a collaborative installation based around a kinetic sculpture that employs sound, walls of hair, and whatever it takes to stop the thing from falling down.
FRASER ANDERSON :
Hailing from Perth, Fraser Anderson is a Sydney-based artist who has worked extensively on art installations, making the parallel worlds that manifest in his head a realisation. Whether in the context of art direction or personal gratification, he continually demonstrates a disregard for formula as each project stands independent of the next. Though each work is a unique observation in itself, his work is consistently laced with humour and an ability to bring a refined understanding of colour to each situation.
BEN BARRETTO :
Born in Perth, Ben Barretto is a skateboarder and multi-disciplined artist currently residing in Sydney. Bens eclectic artistic output includes, but is not limited to, the exploration of video, photography, and sound. Though his output is diverse his art is characterised by his natural inclination to find virtue and diversity in everyday objects.
STEVE UREN:
Originally from New Zealand, Steve Uren is a graphic artist whom since migrating to Australia has worked predominantly as a print and textile designer for local Sydney label Insight. His work is generally inspired by macabre subject matter, fanatical behaviour, and all things 'that which are secret'. He is a also musician that has moonlighted for numerous bands and is currently one quarter of the sydney based band 'Songs'.
Presented by Insight.
