Tunga, "Eye for an Eye" (detail) (2005)

By using his own teeth as the basis for his chess pieces, Tunga evokes the savage aspect of the game, the tooth-and-claw fight for survival. There is something quite chilling about the work, which will send a shiver up the spine and come back to haunt you in the dead of the night.
