Best of New York Summer Shows

Starting way uptown, Lesley Heller had planned the exhibition "Town and Country" (on view through August 10) as no more than its title suggests, “a nice light summer show.” But the juxtapositions of artists that she has curated here gives the show rather more substance than that.
