Partying with de Pury

One beard is longer than the next for couple AA Bronson and Mark Jan Krayenhoff van de Leur, seen here at the New Museum gala. Bronson, left, worked as part of a trio called General Idea from 1969 to 1994 with fellow artists Felix Partz and Jorge Zontal, who both died in 1994. The group founded Toronto's alternative Art Metropole in 1974, and Bronson continues to work as a solo artist today.
