Published: February 21, 2007
The museum is creating a Web site for the show “Wack! Art and the Feminist Revolution,” at www.moca.org/wack. The site, which MOCA bills as “a collaborative environment for consciousness-raising and discussion,” launches Feb. 23. It will offer information about the exhibition and related programs, as well as opportunities for visitors to speak their minds about the artworks in a blog format. “Wack! Art and the Feminist Revolution” features work by more than 120 international artists, including Louise Bourgeois, Yoko Ono, Martha Rosier, Marina Abramovic, Judy Chicago and Cindy Sherman. After Los Angeles, the exhibition eventually will travel to P.S. 1 in New York. |
