Madonna is depicted seated in front of a pair of curtains, alongside a distorted Ritchie, who places a “sausage-fingered paw” on her thigh.

According to The Guardian, Madonna, who has posed for Howson on other occasions, is a major collector of his work.

“And, let's face it,” the newspaper wrote, “If he was painting pictures like this of you, you'd be buying them off the market whatever it cost.”
