Bonhams Opens Dubai OfficeBy ARTINFO

DUBAI— The London auction house Bonhams has opened an office in Dubai, following in the footsteps of the larger Christie’s and Sotheby’s, reports Bloomberg.
The new location is a joint venture with the United Arab Emirates’ al-Tajir family. Bonhams announced in April that it would hold it first auction in the Middle Eastern city in November; that event has been postponed until next year. |
