Neuberger Museum Getting Manhattan Satellite

NEW YORK—The Neuberger Museum of Art at Purchase College announced that it has entered into a collaboration with the SUNY College of Optometry in Manhattan that will provide the museum with exhibition space on the ground floor of the college's historic building across from the New York Public Library on 42nd Street. The space, which will be renovated in coming months as part of a larger renovation project at the college, will house selections from the Neuberger's collection of 6,000 works of 20th-century American and European art, as well as African and ancient art and temporary exhibitions.
