Works That Didn’t Sell at the Armory

NEW YORK—After a final sweep of the tenth rendition of the Armory Show, a handful of works that remained unsold (at least, at the time of this writing) caught this observer’s attention as tasty eye candy.

In a shaky or changing market like the current one, it stands to reason to pay close attention to relative values and bang for the buck, especially in the $5,000 to $100,000 price range, where the dizzying ascent of fiscal appreciation seems to be on hold, at least in the short term.
