DONCASTER, England—A bronze statue of a crocodile eating an antelope is returning to France 10 years after it was stolen, reports the Press Association. The 17th-century work by sculptor Antoine-Louis Barye was part of a £1.5-million ($3 million) burglary of a Paris art gallery in 1998 and is worth more than £20,000. It was discovered in the auction rooms at the town center in Doncaster, England, in September 2005, and will now be returned to France by Doncaster police.
