LISMORE, Australia—An Australian man who was found guilty last year of stealing art from a studio in 2004 has been sentenced to five years in prison, TVNZ reports. Brett Michael Williams took more than a dozen works, including a painting claimed by the owner to be a Cezanne worth $100 million, Son in a High Chair.

The authenticity of Son in a High Chair has been questioned and is currently being tested, but Judge James Black said that the dispute was not a factor in his ruling.

Williams, who was sentenced to a non-parole period of three years and nine months, had failed to appear before the court for sentencing twice, but did show up on Wednesday, his 47th birthday.
