A bronze sculpture of a police officer was stolen from a street corner in downtown Stamford last weekend, the Associated Press reports. Time's Up, which depicts a police officer writing a ticket, was installed as part of the Downtown Special Services District's program to place art in public places. Police are searching for leads as to how anyone made off with the 600-pound statue, which is owned by its artist, Seward Johnson.
