Around the art world this week: East Hampton's Spanierman Gallery opened its latest show, "Mary Abbott and Sally Egbert," which runs through September 22; 100 Tonson Gallery in Bangkok celebrated its invitation to participate in Showcase:Singapore, a boutique art fair timed to coincide with the opening of the Singapore Biennale (September 9–12); London's Belgravia Gallery welcomed actress Emily Mortimer at the opening of its summer exhibition; and the Museum of Art | Fort Lauderdale threw a party at Pangaea night club for the artists showing work in "13/08," an exhibition that showcases South Florida artists and runs through October 6.
