LONDON—London’s Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA) is no longer charging a daytime admission fee. The new policy, which went into effect on Monday, does not include entry to ticketed events in the museum's cinemas or theaters, but does include access to its ICA Café and Bar (until 11 p.m).
