The Lazarides Gallery, owned by the agent of renowned street artist Banksy, is responsible for the new show, titled "The Outsiders." The exhibit will showcase the artists' best works across a range of styles. Pieces by the likes of Antony Micallef, JR and Blu, and Jonathan Yeo will be displayed both inside and outside of the space. Works will include Jonathan Yeo’s "porno portrait of the U.S. President," as well as another secret work that, according to the gallery, "will provide a certain famous lady with some much needed funding for her forthcoming presidential campaign." Lazarides's star client, Banksy, will not contribute to this show. Steve Lazarides explained to the New York Sun: "There's nothing by him in the show at all. He's just planning his own big shows at the moment, so he didn't have time to contribute." |
