The ubiquitous Rockwell Group is designing the lavish space with touches of Alice in Wonderland whimsy: treasure boxes of colored jewels, ostrich feather room dividers, and a three-story illuminated cracked glass wall. Three floors are for exercising your plastic (watches, colored jewels, diamonds, bridal jewelry), but the top two are for the stomach: An atelier du chocolat features bonbons from Parisian super-chef Yannick Alleno, and a culinary loft hosts monthly private dinners.
