Following close on the heels of Armory Week in New York is Asia Week, which kicked off last Friday. Although the main event, the International Asian Art Fair, was canceled this year, there are still plenty of happenings to be found around town, including a plethora of Asian art exhibitions. ARTINFO stopped by openings for two of them: "Floating World," a show of paintings inspired by the arts of Japan at Ana Tzarev Gallery, which runs through July, and "Faces of Eternity: Chinese Buddhist Sculpture" at Throckmorton Fine Art, on view through April 18.
