Chinatown Art Walk
Published: July 15, 2009
LOS ANGELES—Chinatown Art Night returned to L.A. last weekend for its second installment on July 11. The quarterly event features a free art walk from 6 to 9 p.m. through the neighborhood's 32 art galleries, with many gallery owners and some artists there to discuss the work on view. Local restaurants and shops stay open late as well. ARTINFO took part in the festivities and visited a number of spaces, including Charlie James Gallery, the Happy Lion, Sam Lee Gallery, and Chung King Project.
