Center for Curatorial Leadership Announces 2010 Class

NEW YORK—The Center for Curatorial Leadership has announced its fellows for 2010.
Founded by Agnes Gund, president emerita of the Museum of Modern Art, and Elizabeth Easton, the former chair of the department of European painting at the Brooklyn Museum, the nonprofit center invites a handful of curators from across the country each to receive training for leadership positions from museum directors, administrators, and trustees from around the country as well as faculty of the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University. The fellows are selected by a panel of American museum directors and all costs are funded by the center.
The 2010 class will be the center's third; of the 20 fellows thus far, two have been appointed museum directors, four deputy or associate directors, two chief curator, and three have advanced to more senior positions.
The 2010 fellows are:
