Long Beach Currency 4,000 lots sold for $5.8 million LONG BEACH, Calif.—Top lot: An uncirculated Fr. 2221-G $5,000 1934 Federal Reserve Note realized a whopping $126,500 in the three-day auction. The bill was part of the Jupiter Collection, put together by a connoisseur described by the house as having "astute attention to rarity and quality."
