MELBOURNE—Top lot: In 1996 the late Michael Jackson threw one of his white Swarovski-encrusted gloves to fan Bill Hibble at the Australian premiere of the movie Ghosts, which starred the Prince of Pop. Hibble’s prize was sold at auction for $A57,600 ($49,026), almost twice its high estimate.
