NEW YORK—The American Academy in Rome has named the winners of its annual 2010-11 Rome Prize, which provides artists and scholars a stipend, plus room and board for between six and 24 months in Italy’s capital city.

Among this year’s honorees are visual artists Dike Blair, Fritz Haeg, and Sarah Oppenheimer, who currently has a long-term installation at Pittsburgh’s Mattress Factory. The full list of winners for the 114th edition of the awards is as follows:
